Upon receiving a DMCA/Abuse Report concerning an IP Address that is currently assigned to your service, we shall notify you through a ticket.
You are expected to review it and take appropriate action.
If we don’t receive a response or observe resolution of the issue within the
24 hours timeframe, your service will be suspended to prevent further impact.
Note:
If we receive multiple reports in a brief timeframe, we shall immediately suspend your service to prevent any further impact.
In case the IP address assigned to you is greylisted or blacklisted you are requested to whitelist the IP address.
