Our network is equipped with Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection, but we cannot guarantee complete protection against all types or levels of attacks.
We typically handle attacks of up to 20Gbps per IP.
Is 20Gbps Enough?
For Virtual Private Servers (VPS), standard DDoS protection often begins at lower levels, such as 2Gbps. Protection up to 20Gbps is generally adequate for small to medium-sized websites or applications. However, if you require additional protection, you can install third-party remote DDoS protection.
Note:
If an attack exceeds 20Gbps, the target IP will be null-routed (blocked). We are not responsible for any downtime or performance issues resulting from DDoS attacks.
Users who are targeted with frequent and/or disruptive attacks may have action taken against their service and/or account. If your service(s) are found to be impacting the experience of other users persistently, you will be notified via ticket and requested to prevent further damages from occurring or relocate to another provider.
Failure to acknowledge such a ticket will result in a suspension of your VPS.
