If you wish to cancel your service, you need to follow the below steps:
1. Login and click on the "My Services" dropdown under the menu.
2. Click on the service and choose the plan you wish to cancel.
3. Click on the "Request Cancellation" option marked in red.
4. Give a reason for cancellation and choose your cancellation type.
5. Click on the "Request Cancellation" button.
